Mass flow meters
Mass meters, developed as lab equipment, were first known late in the 70s. These devices offer many comparative advantages that are very appealing:
• More precision.
• Versatility.
• Direct measurement of mass, density, and temperature.
Besides, they do not have moving pieces, and performed measurements are not affected by temperature, pressure, viscosity, flow profile, conductivity, or speed.
Based on the Coriolis effect, mass meters are composed of a transducer electronically coupled to a flow sensor.
